10. Because they lag on everything and anything they possibly can
9. Because they have dumb blonde bitches named Caley who work there, that can’t even write down your phone number correctly, let alone handle your injury claim.
8. Because nobody ever answers their phone, ever, under any circumstances.
7. Because they give you a new adjuster every 30 seconds.
6. Because they lag it so much that your car sits in the shop for a month and a half and your rental car time runs out before they have inspected it and the shop can even begin repairs, or they lag your injury claim so much that they don’t meet you until almost 2 months after, then badger you saying “you should feel better by now”
5. Because nobody cares if you threaten to talk to their supervisor- they think pissing you off and making your life miserable is their job.
4. Because they cancel your car rental authorization after telling you they will extend it and you end up owing over $400 to Hertz
3. Because they refuse to call your doctor, yet tell you that you shoudn’t be “this injured over a fender-bender”.
2. Because they always call your boyfriend back instead of you
and finally
1. Because their number one priority in customer service is to piss you off and make your life a living hell.

yeah, we didn’t like farmers.. that’s why we changed to state farm. much better.

Ugh, insurance companies can be such bastards.
I’ll second the State Farm recommendation. They rocked–everything was taken care of quickly and without hassle when my car got totaled last year. When they offered me a check to replace my car, I complained that they weren’t giving me enough. They were actually nice about it. The adjustor just called three dealerships in my area to price the same vehicle, then gave me the right price ($1000 more) and mailed the check the same day. My agent called me to make sure everything was taken care of properly, too. My parents and Art’s parents have also had good experiences with SF.

I use Nationwide, which is pretty good. However, the person who hit me uses Farmers and it totally sucks. It appears that as of tomorrow I am without a car, because they’re insisting my rental is returned, and my car parts aren’t in

ditto that. they didn’t call me for 2 months! i’d call them everyday and they would be like “oh, we’ll get back to you! i had to pay hundreds to rent a lame kia optima. then their “circle-of-trust” body shop ripped me off and totaled my car, and didn’t even tell me! they suck!
ugh today the injury adjuster finally met with me….their little settlement offer doesn’t even begin to pay back my doctor..wtf?!
oh and i returned the rental, meaning i have to walk to work tomorrow and friday…wtf…yeah and they charged 360 for a shitty hundai something or another….ughhhhhhh
too bad for them i cancelled my credit card…lol
my bf and i will move back home this saturday.
he will stay w/his parents and i will stay with mine.
we both wanted to save money for future =)
i usually just hang out with friends or go out clubbing. oh, i’m going to ivar next friday (4/28), do you want to come? if yes, i’ll get the tickets for you ($20) else they’re much more expensive at the door.

no private and pp are not the same. PP are posts that only certain xangans can read (the ones you put in the list). private just means any person who is logged in xanga can read… so it keeps people who don’t log in from viewing your page.
