  Let the countdown meltdown begin. 9 more days until my wedding!

  If you saw me right now you would have never guessed I started planning my wedding in January 06. Seriously.

  I am in DIY hell, still don’t have a timeline, no idea about so many litte details, praying my table numbers will come out in time (friend is making them for me) and totally overwhelmed. Oh and pissed off at fucking bra companies. Why the fuck can’t they make something nice and uplifting in my size?! Seriously, is it too much to ask for some support for the 32H’s????

  Remind me to get a reduction and a lift post wedding.

  In retrospect, wedding planning, having a baby and working  full time all at the same time probably wasn’t such a good idea.

  So far, I have accomplished…(prob leaving out stuff in here)
  
  ~website–made in december but has Charlie done his part on it…you guessed it, nope, so of course it is all one sided (www.nikolena-charlie.com) it will be removed right after the wedding…lol I am not paying for it forever.

  ~paid off all vendors –well one left. My mom totally f*cked us with photography so we’re working on that one.)
  ~assembled Favors- check (they are red, gold m&m’s in little silver tins w/ our name and wedding date on them)
  ~DIY Program Fans for ceremony-  (but damnit–3 people proofread it and there is still a fucking typo! Perhaps we’re just a bunch of fobs). Which reminds me–our wedding invitations were perfect Chinese but had a few English typos too.

  
  ~invites- sent out. But it is apparently too much to ask people to actually send the RSVP cards back in a timely fashion, if at all. And god forbid they call or email if they don’t send it back. It really pisses me off–I even included a stamp
  ~reception timeline–done, thanks to my mc.
  ~chose reception songs
  ~chose menu—too bad I can’t eat most of it
  ~studio pics- done—we already proofed our album too. now just waiting…will update later
  ~chose cake, ceremony location, reception location, florist, flowers, rented chairs, etc.–vendors are all booked. I still have to pay for hair and makeup (I guess that is day of)
  ~DIY table numbers and menu (Chinese & English)

  

  To do:
  ~spraypaint the to-do letters for the cake table
  ~look through the boxes in the garage for cake table stuff…
  ~Waiting on my qi pao–have been fitted 3x for it–she says I keep getting thinner and thinner. I don’t know why. Apparently eating McDonalds everyday makes you lose weight LOL. Waiting on her to alter my evening gown as well. Wedding dress is being altered.

  And I have to make the damn day timeline. Ugh! WHY is this the hardest part?!?!

  What else do I have to do?

  Oh and what kind of mother would I be if there wasn’t an Ethan update somewhere. I finally sent out his birth announcements this week. They were just okay when I had them printed. Oh well. That’s what I get for being el cheapo and having Kinkos do it, and not waiting on his pro pics w/ a decent camera.

  Ethan is 24 weeks and will be 6 months soon (Aug 10). He started saying ma ma a lot and likes to roll around. Still no teeth. Here’s a pic…I got him a little tux for the wedding–he’s gonna look so cute
